Terms for using Cube Line call services
1. Cube Line Call Services
Cube Line provides free internet-based voice and video calling services between Cube Line users. These services are provided over the internet and require a stable data connection.
2. Free Calls
Calls between Cube Line users are free of charge. You are responsible for any data charges from your internet service provider or mobile carrier.
3. Call Quality
Call quality depends on your internet connection speed and stability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Factors affecting call quality include network congestion, bandwidth limitations, and device capabilities.
4. Emergency Services
Cube Line is not a replacement for traditional telephone services. Cube Line calls cannot be used to contact emergency services (e.g., 911, 112, 999). Always have access to a traditional phone for emergency situations.
5. Call Recording
We do not record the content of your calls. Calls are encrypted end-to-end. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding call recording if you choose to record calls using third-party tools.
6. Prohibited Use
- Using call services for harassment, threats, or illegal activities
- Making automated or bulk calls (spam calls)
- Impersonating others or providing false caller information
- Interfering with the call services or network
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.
