Payment Terms

1. Payment Services

Cube provides peer-to-peer payment services through Cube Line, allowing users to send and receive DVU tokens and other supported digital assets.

2. Transaction Fees

Transactions between Cube Line users are free. However, the following fees may apply:

• Blockchain network fees for on-chain transactions
• Currency conversion fees where applicable
• Third-party payment processor fees

3. Transaction Limits

Transaction limits may apply based on your verification level and regulatory requirements. Higher verification levels unlock higher transaction limits.

4. Irreversibility

Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Please verify recipient details before confirming any transaction. We cannot reverse or cancel confirmed transactions.

5. Disputes

For disputes regarding payments, contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and attempt to resolve disputes, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to incorrect addresses.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to your transactions. We may be required to report certain transaction information to tax authorities as required by law.

7. Prohibited Transactions

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Transactions involving illegal goods or services
• Fraudulent transactions
• Transactions that violate sanctions or export controls
