User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Egoras Technologies Ltd., operators of the CubeApp platform ("CubeApp", "we", "our", or "us"), and You ("User", "you", or "your"). By creating an account, accessing, or using CubeApp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Introduction

1.1 About CubeApp: CubeApp is a digital communication and tokenized service ecosystem that allows users to make and receive internet-based calls, send instant messages, earn and trade Loyalty Tokens (DVU), and access miniApps via its integrated WebApp Store.

1.2 Legal Nature: CubeApp is operated by Egoras Technologies Ltd., a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

1.3 Scope: This Agreement governs your use of all CubeApp services, applications, APIs, digital assets, and content provided by Egoras Technologies Ltd.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, you:

  • Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Understand and agree to this User Agreement and Privacy Policy
  • Consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your data under applicable laws

CubeApp may update or modify this Agreement periodically and continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Account Creation: To access CubeApp services, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, password, and other information as required during registration.

3.2 Verification: Certain features, including token trading, may require additional verification (e.g., government ID, selfie, or proof of address) to comply with regulatory requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
  • Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

5. DVU Tokens and Digital Assets

5.1 Nature of DVU: DVU tokens are digital loyalty tokens that can be earned, transferred, and traded within the CubeApp ecosystem.

5.2 No Investment Advice: Nothing in this Agreement constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions regarding digital assets.

5.3 Volatility Risk: The value of DVU and other digital assets may fluctuate significantly. You acknowledge and accept this risk.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process.
